Bad services. People hanging out in front of the buliding arguing.

liked everything but the blond girl behind the desk shes rude and dishonest . i politely told her i came to the desk twice to settle a bill and she proceeded to tell me im lying and she was at the desk all morning which was a lie and i have the elevator maintenance worker as my witness

Walks are to long to your room. I am on oxygen i had ro walk down 4 hallways to my room after requesting one close to the door. My husband paid for 3/17 and 3/18 without my knowledge i used expedia and paid for the same night.Instead of simply changing dates which the giel said ahe would do tour company said no and offeres a rwfund. Due ro thw vieua my husbans ia unemplyes ans we are homeleas.So npw we havs ro wait 15 days for a refund. Never using the hotel or expesia agian.

Misleading and deceitful Advertised a pool and a spa tub that did not exist
