The property was run down and unclean. The hallways and elevators were heavily sprayed in an attempt to cover the deep cigarette smell. Our room smelled of the previous guests’ cooking ( a very pungent odor ) and it made all of our clothes smell until we got home to wash them. Even after spraying febreeze and keeping the window open. I know the hotel is not responsible for its guests but people were up all night yelling and walking around in the hallways. Disappointing We were greeted by a not very friendly clerk. Our room was not cleaned properly! The pet sticker was still on the door and kibble was left on the not vacuumed floor. There were no utensils or cups in the room. It was late and we were tired, so I didn’t ask to change the room as I would normally have done! I stayed here a few years ago and it was basic but clean and lively. I don’t know what has happened but it has gone downhill considerably. They have not kept up with current standards. You shouldn’t have to ask for a coffee maker or ice bucket, drinking glasses, etc.

I didn't like how I tried to checked in and they claimed that I was a no show even when having the information that I had booked the room. They didn't offer any discount or tried to help at all. Very terrible service. I had to changed up my plans and find another hotel last minute.

They should not advertise breakfast included. It consist of a pre-packaged muffin and a granola bar... very dissappointed.

So-So Not so good. Clean enough, no ice machines not even a fan in the bathroom. The man who checked me in was awesome!! Very nice and knew his business.!!!
