Everything was great but the bathroom was not well put together the tub was clogged and the water was going down slow. Everything else was great.

We were checked in to our first room, the bed was broke. We got moved to the 2nd floor... that room hadnt been cleaned dirty towels, beds not made etc..so we were moved for a 3rd time! Initially the keys were not working so we got new keys, finally they worked and was able to settle in. After traveling from across the state i was exhausted. I get woke up by the blaring fire alarm because someone cant cook on the 3rd floor!

The property itself is pretty cute although it attracts a lot of transients. My problem was with the staff. They were incredibly unprofessional and rude! The manager banged on our door because our 4 month twins were crying.She rudley told us that a guest had complained.....ABOUT BABIES CRYING????? I guess the fact that we had to listen to a man scream and curse at his girlfriend night and night was irrelevant?? Floors were sticky when I walked into my room, and the room itself smelled of cigarette smoke

Very dirty. The “breakfast included” is just coffee and a couple of bad quality muffins. Bed sheets were very, very dirty. I do not recommend.

they had no drinking water/ water fountains and even the vending machine was broken so in the middle of the night I had to leave and buy bottled water. Not sure how they market as “extended stays” when their facilities are so limited. I had read that they had complementary toiletries before coming here and they only have very limited item (no lotion for example)
