Shower was really not good at all. I ask them few times they said we have maintenance guy coming we will fix it never happened I asked to change room and answers was sorry

My room was not ready when I checked in. They gave me the key card and I get to my disgusting room with the bed not even made yet, no towels, no trash bags in trash cans, a dirty shower and toilet.

Room smelled, shower head barely worked, floor was sticky, kitchenette was extremely outdated, amenities were horrible quality, the list goes on and on. Oh and also the hotel was full of pot smokers and they were letting their kids run rampant up and down the halls while yelling at them but not stopping them. Rooms are not sound insulated well at all either.

Stood there for 30 miniutes and nobody came to the front desk to check in

When we got there our room had been smoked in window was open air conditioner was down to 65° when I complained about it he said he didn't have any rooms available so you would have to stay there or don't stay here at all

Staff were nice and the dated room was clean. But I measured road noise to average 50 decibels (on cell phone), as our room directly looked out to I-70, which was maybe 10 meters away. No one could sleep a wink due to the constant noise. I imagine rooms not facing the road are a but better, but be aware!
