Where do I start… First night when I arrived, there is this strong scent in my room that’s like someone just burned some incense. I spent a while to locate the source, and the smell comes from some sticky liquid on the back of the door. I addition, I was not able to lock the door no matter how hard I push, and the smell is too strong for me to fall asleep, so I went downstairs to ask for a room change. Not going to pay for a night I didn’t use I couldn’t check in even though I called ahead to let them know I would be late. I had to go somewhere else

I smelt in the place, there was a lot of people walking around blaring music. We walked up to our room and pushed the door open. Had to really pull it closed three or four times before we actually got it to latch, and it still opened. back up without use of key card. It was very musky in there. We turned around and left right then. The staff was friendly and understood, and refunded us the amount we paid.

During my check-in, the front desk clerk at the hotel asked me if I had any pets on my business trip. I responded negatively. Fast forward to the middle of the night. I was awakened by a dog barking in Room 257, the next door to mine at 2:15 am. I called the front desk to complain, but no answer. I then ventured downstairs to the front desk, but no one available. It was a small queen size. The room was small. No coffee machine etc. Never again. I only went because there because all the rooms were sold out.
