Im not picky AT ALL but this was unacceptable I wanted to give them a chance but this was horrible. Customer service lady didn’t want to help and was really slow coming to the lobby. My room was absolutely filthy but I wasn’t sweating it. I called the lady upfront for some cleaning supplies so I could clean it myself, but she didn’t want to and said to take it up with management in the morning. I left to pick up some cleaning supplies myself but when I came back I discovered a used towel with red and pink stains all over it ... read more

Underwhelmed, even for the price The bed was very hard, and pillows non-existent. No shower curtain at all so water accumulated on the bathroom floor. For an extended stay, it might be helpful to have a bowl or some other things in the kitchen to use in the microwave or to eat. The dresser had shims under it and they were highly exposed and it would appear that it isnt important for thr staff to put them more completely under the dresser.

HORRIBLE. Dirty, bugs.. offered no refund

This is a very run down and dated property. If you're looking for something that is modern and up to date this is definitely not the place. It looks like a very old rental property and do not expect much cleanliness on the property. I would never stay here again.

Was woken up at 8:40 am to loud banging on the door. Opened the door it was manager telling us check is at 11 am.. like ok? I was well aware when I booked the room and when the front desk told me. Interrupted my sleep for what?

They gave me false information so I became unable to check-in and the staff were rude and unhelpful.

Someone had recently smoked in the room I was given. The air conditioning did not work and the windows were open upon arrival. I requested to be moved due to the a/c not working. I was informed that there were no more double occupancy rooms therefore my son and I were placed in 2 different rooms. The lobby smelled of weed as soon as you walked in.
