The continental breakfast was a joke. Dogs barking continuously. I had to go to the desk for everything (dishes, glasses, cups, silverware, pots/pans, dish drainer, sponge to wash the dishes, dish soap, etc). They didn’t even ask to clean my room. I asked if someone could come up to get my trash and they wouldn’t even do that. Someone was smoking Marijuana every day. There were at least three no smoking signs at the main entrance and residents didn’t care saying it’s not against the law to smoke. When we asked the manager ab... read more

We were honestly so uncomfortable and disgusted by our room. It felt so dirty. Something splattered all over the walls, microwave was disgusting, fridge was gross, floor was so dirty your feet turn black. Also, the tv didn’t work, nor did the lights or fan under the microwave. We paid way more on this hotel than it was worth…

Basic room with a bed. The hotel is really bare-bones. No exercise room. No amenities in room as far as coffee maker or even lighting or places to sit. The “breakfast” offered was below minimal. This is, (at best)’ a place to sleep. We reserved a room with 1 king bed. We got 2 double beds.

The hotel itself was nice, clean and pleasant. The service was more of our issue. We booked a king room which was unavailable because they were short staffed in the housekeeping area. Because of this, they instead gave us a queen single room and then upcharged us for the difference. The younger receptionist was nice but was under trained.

Unkept, room was not very clean, no washcloths, no conditioner, no ice. There were suction cups that were keeping one of the dresser drawers closed.There was what we believe was a homeless person in the lobby with a fake baby. The whole hotel and room smelled bad. Another guest was leaving the same time we were and he said "this certainly was not the best choice of a hotel" which tells me we were not the only ones that were disappointed.Grab and go breakfast was disappointing. We checked in but they didn’t have any rooms available with the number of beds we booked. We had to check into another location about 15 minutes away in Earth City. The second location didn’t have any shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, etc. The vending machine also didn’t work and we had to request a refund through the vending machine company since the hotel doesn’t offer refunds.
