There were unhoused people living in your parking lot. There was a woman getting handcuffed and taken away by 2 detectives in the hallway right in front of my room. On the bright side, I appreciate you canceling my reservation.

We arrived and were told there were no available rooms. I booked a room but despite being pet friendly, there are only specific rooms for pets and this option selection was not on the site. The room we were assigned was not one of the rooms identified for pets and none were available. No refund was available thru the hotel so now I’m trying to get refund from Expedia. This was hideous. The smell in the entire facility was almost unbearable and terrible conditions to sleep in. If I could rate it 0 stars I would.
