They gave me false information so I became unable to check-in and the staff were rude and unhelpful.

Someone had recently smoked in the room I was given. The air conditioning did not work and the windows were open upon arrival. I requested to be moved due to the a/c not working. I was informed that there were no more double occupancy rooms therefore my son and I were placed in 2 different rooms. The lobby smelled of weed as soon as you walked in. Room wasn't ready at 3pm so I had to wait 30 minutes. Bed was nice and bathroom was up to date and nice.

First of the gentlemen who checked us in was very polite and kind but when I asked for extra towels I was told by a lady ( English being her second language) that I couldn’t ask for more towels because I didn’t have my dirty towels to give her and a very Rude attitude she also informed me had to change my own sheets…what? Scared when it was dark out, scetchy people around. I did not like that, being alone woman. I won’t be back here, but once in the room ok and safe. Just don’t go out after dark or alone. My opinion

They allowed Music to blare until after 1 am. Absolutely disgusting could smell smoke and pot. Also its no pets but dogs were barking
