The lady who checked me in was really nice and so was the lady who checked me out. However I forgot to grab my phone charger from the room before I checked out. I called the hotel to inform them and the woman who answered the phone gave me nothing but attitude and hung up the phone on me. I was very nice when I called I had no reason to be upset because I enjoyed my stay. I called back this morning and the manager was very professional and apologetic. The room was not clean. Floors were sticky counters not wipes down and bathrooms were gross. Very disappointed in your property. Never will I stay at this place again.

Front office manager was rude and put out . Rooms not very clean and nothing in kitchen to use.

You can hear every footstep from above and every conversation from the sides. I didnt get sleep. Not reccomended to stay if you have pets. Theyll bark throughout the night with people making noise. Our batbroom also smelled like smoke.

not nice. There wete bed bugs or some kind of bug in my bed. I was moved promptly,but the next morning was made to feel as if it were my fault,and that there really were no bugs.

Frustrated I was traveling 13 hours for a medical appointment reserved the room get to the hotel to pay in cash and I was denied and when I made the reservation online it said to pay at hotel with my choice of currency. There’s no Wells Fargo within an hour of the hotel so needless to say after traveling 13 hours I had to go find another room.
