The lobby was dirty. Front desk agent didn't know what he was doing. Didn't seem safe. They didn't have a room I reserved. No problem. I went down the street to Comfort Inn. Much better.

We walked in and the room was covered in roaches. Turned around and asked for a refund.

Dirty and customer service are poor and inexperienced. Oh, and ve aware if cockroaches if anyone would stay there. Most disgusting hotel ever. Motel 6 is better and cheaper

This hotel is very dirty. I stayed there for 3 nights and I had to checkout one day early because every night and day was always cockroaches crawling on kitchen counter sink and in bathroom floor. The whole entire room floor was very dirty. Customer service are very poor and unprofessional. I can’t request bath towel after 8pm. No conditioner only small shampoo tube. I under only $89 a night but wasn’t expecting all of these craps. I can get better and cheaper if I was in a motel 6. Just so you know, don’t ever go there.
