We arrived at the property and no one was at the reception. We waited almost an hour. Finally a person showed up and stated they have no clean rooms and will not check us in. This after we had booked and paid through Expedia. Her attitude was very non helpful. She stated that it’s not her problem that they don’t have a room for us which was confirmed and paid for! When asked how do we get our money back she stated not my problem call Expedia.

The room was decent for the price. However, the door was not working. Our key card didn't work and we were locked out of our room. We checked in on Friday and didn't get the door issue situated until Saturday night. The front desk staff was trying to be helpful.

I checked in late at 8pm and my room was still not ready. I had to wait another hour for my room to be cleaned and ready. By the time I got into my room was a little past 9pm. There was only one lady running the whole hotel. Whoever is management at this hotel needs to be fired. This hotel makes the Extended Stay Hotel brand look really bad. This will be the last time I am staying at any Extended Stay Hotel.

Hotel staff was friendly. Card key device wasn't working at the front desk at check in. Found and killed 4 bugs in our room. Shower doors still had water stains from the last person who used them.
