The only thing I like little was the location. Everything else was horrible. One of the worst hotels I’ve been too. Our rooms has cockroaches in the bathroom and on the edge around our walls. The bathroom pipes was leaking and broke before we even turned on the sick. I could go on and on.

It’s overbooked and I didn’t get the room

Tried to check in at the front desk. The front desk is supposed to be 24hrs or there is supposed to be a night attendant on staff for checkins at night. No one was there to check us in. We called the hotel directly and they were unable to resolve this issue after calling multiple supervisors to try and get ahold of the night attendant on staff. Meh I prepaid for my stay. My kids and I arrive at the hotel, and they say hotels.com card declined so was waiting to check in for over a hour till it got situated.
