Procedures…… Someone burnt something on their stove top and it was horrible. On the 4th floor which is where our 2 rooms were. Smell was atrocious and the smoke was filling the hall. I called 911 since we were told oh there is no fire, but smoke isn’t any better for those who can’t breathe. My 82 yr old aunt had to be transported to hospital for smoke inhalation. Very basic setting with with ugly scale on shower windows. Nothing in the kitchen area. Have to bring your own cooking equipment

Took 40 minutes to check in. There was an issue with the payment, which I provided the receipt for. Would not recommend.

I booked two rooms for my family to stay in. The floors were sticky and showers were dirty. There was a live cochroach in one of the rooms which we caught and exterminated immediately. We asked the staff to sweep the floor. They brought a broom and dustpan and asked if we could do it ourselves. Their were no bath towels in the bathrooms and we had to call for the staff to bring some.

Arrived and was given a room that was dirty bed was not made. Had to go down and get a second room smelled horrible like bad chemicals floor was sticky and dirty TV. Remote was not in the room. Had to go to front desk during a domestic between employee and unhappy guest to get a remote control that did not work had to go back to the front desk and get another remote control, and that remote did not have a back on it but at least it worked. Do not spend your time/money here. In the parking lot, the surrounding was already skeptical, once we enter no one was there and no greeting. We tap on the ring and the assistance finally came up unfriendly as if we were wasting his time (if so then have kiosk available).
