DISGUSTING I got a studio room. It was extremely uncomfortable. Everything was dirty, the shower was filthy the shower doors was disgusting. I didn’t trust the towels at all, I refuse to touch them. White paint splatters everywhere. The sink was dirty. I was scared to lay in the bed because everything else was dirty I questioned the bedding. Uncomfortable stay The property was not clean. From dirty stairway to messy coffee station. The room was another story. I had to clean the bathroom mirror. It looked like they took a dirty mop to it. The scale on the beautiful shower doors and walls were unacceptable. I wiped down all surfaces and had to leave my shoes on at all times for the floor was dirty. The worst was the bedding. Not happy 😒
The place was dirty. The room were dirty. The help dest attendance was unhelpful. Our reservation was giving away and everything was a complete mess.
The location was not too far from the shops and good restaurants. Check in felt like it was an inconvenience and the smell of pot the moment we got off the elevator was off putting. We only had a few towels and the room was dirty.
