Very bad service, the room is very dirty, no toilet paper, no towels, the floors is very sticky and dirty, no soap and shampoo, the bedsheets is very dirty, open cans in refrigerator, and took me 45 minutes waiting for the attendance to check me in.I don't not recommend anybody's to staying in this property.
My first room was not clean, smelled and flies the wall damaged. My brother room has leaking sink the the bathroom. They moved me to another room which is a little better but the sink in bathroom is clogged. I call the front desk and they do not have the maintenance on the weekend. Upon, I complained to the manager, she told me that she will not give me any discount for the room. She was ruled and very unprofessional. why they rented the room with a terrible conditions. Go somewhere else We chose this place becuase we needed a place with a kitchenette...however, there were no dishes (you had to pay an additional $40 for them!) Only 2 towels were provided... well for 2 people and trying to do dishes and wipe our hands, ABSURD.. again you could get more for an additional fee. No basic coffee maker, nor any coffee in the lobby... another additional fee! Better off paying for a nicer place that actually has amenities.

AC didn’t get cool, fridge didn’t work, sick was clogged, no hairdryer, severely understaffed. No one to report issues to. Desk not open at checkout. Mike was the only one there I ever saw. Morning and night. He is stretched too thin.

The bed was terrible, the bathroom was filthy and there were stains on the bedsheets and there was some wierd stuff going on in the parking lot

This place was absolutely disgusting. I checked in, got to my room and turned right around. The room smelled horrible and they floor was dirty. Actually had garbage on it. The lobby had coffee, creamer sugars spilled everywhere. All the glass/doors were covered in nasty had prints. She gave me another room, that just smelled liked weed. Laundry room was absolutely trashed. Garbage overflowing, trash all over the floor.
