Since we are more of an extended stay, we believe in passing all savings on to our guests. This means, certain items are offered at a small additional fee instead of adding them into the rate. We apologize that we failed to satisfy your expectation in this area, but hope that your future travels are wonderful ones.
There is no early check in. Overboard COVID protocol but the rooms are dirty as the bathtub was nasty and can tell they weren’t cleaned also the floor made your feet black and never been swept or washed. The day shift attended has no customer skills and had an attitude but the night attendant was the nicest staff member there. Just consider it just a room they offer nothing!

The room we had is for up to 4 people but only had 2 towels and 3 small hand cloths. Also they used old water bucket to mop the floors which kept the floors dirty even if theh "mopped" the floors. Idk if it was neighbor guests or workers but there was loud music playing, so loud that it was heard into our room and definitely very loud out in the hallway. Location was great. Once we walked in there were people sleeping in the lobby. The whole place smelled of urine. The floors in the halls were filthy and haven’t been cleaned in a VERY long time. Both rooms were filthy. The floors were sticky, and visible debris. We didn’t dare walk in the room without shoes on. The toilet was dirty and had not been cleaned in some time and there black hair in the bed when we pulled the sheets back.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I would not recommend staying at this establishment. It took the front desk worker over 10 minutes to come to the desk to check us in after we had to call to notify them we were there. The hallway carpet was discussing and smelled like a wet dog and it had not been vacuumed in a very long time. The clientele that stayed at this hotel was very shady and we were not impressed. The place smelled like wet dogs and cigarette smoke, and Jesse Pinkman and his chiquita were having a late night, door-slamming, COME TO JESUS fight right next to us. Also there was no staff on site at all. It was bizarre.
