Yikes! No maids, if you want towels bring your old ones down to front desk and get new ones, empty your own trash, no daily cleaning...the list goes on....

I dont know how this property received 3plus rating? Place was dirty and run down when we walked in saw cockroaches running around in the kitchen and bathroom, floor look as if it was never cleaned, bathroom drainage was so bad we had to use kitchen sink to wash, and people above us running around making noise until 12 midnight we complained to front desk nothing was resolved. Staff was cordial, kind and professional. The condition of the non-smoking room had a few concerns: the room smelled like smoke, the shelf on the closet was broken and could not turn on two of the lamps because the button was missing.

The exit stairwell nearest our room had an awful, stale stench — like animal urine covered up by cleaner. Multiple pieces of furniture in our room had damage or was warped.
