Don’t stay here Hotel was filthy , homeless people in parking lot and lobby with dogs. Room next door noisy all night. Stockton is a rough place but this is in a good location sad it is so poorly run.

Don't Go! Stockton CA Extended Stay is the worse ES I have ever stayed at! The clientele was very scary and the bathroom reaked of urine so badly until the entire room smelled of urine... Horrible!!! The room felt dirty! The bed and bedding was terribly uncomfortable!!!! The worse!!!! However, the front desk people were very nice!

Rooms were dirty. Found hairs in my sheets and towels. Everything smelled like smoke even though it was a smoke free property. Lady at front desk was rude when asked to change out linens. Like it was my fault.

AC made horrible noises and room dirty. Had to change room 2x to get working AC and shower. Garbage under bed and in cabinets. Front desk employee rude thru all the issues. Made me feel like I was inconveniencing her.

Loud noises, fighting in other rooms on multiple occasions. Staff was not very helpful in stopping it as I called down many times . Decent hotel considering the neighborhood.

Not kept up. Needs a good cleaning. Tv only has about 12 channls, mostly not good channels. 2 are ads for Dish TV all day. No football! A lot of "undesireable" types staying here, they all have to go out side to smoke, so they are there most of the time. Parking !ot is very dirty, !ooks like every spot was thrown up on. Shower has mold and the drain cover is not attached. Drains are very slow and really bad shower head.

I didn't like the property.. it needs ice machines.

Nothing this hotel smelled bad no cleaning service whatsoever cars in the parking lot were getting broken into
