The lobby was dirty, the elevator was dirty and my room had a sink that backed up and left whiskers and other black globs in it. I told the front desk about it and they did nothing until two days later--they did not even come up to clean out the sink! I could not use it. When someone finally came to fix it, using a liquid unclogging product, they left big black globs and other debris as well as the whiskers in the sink, as well as a note saying a plumber would have to look at it. Bad Very dirty. Smelled bad. Bed was smaller than advertised. But hotels.com took care of it which was nice

Disappointing. The room was not as clean as it could have been. A full-size mirror was not hung up and was on the floor. The bed didn’t have a comforter or a duvet at all. The receptionist appeared to have an attitude as if to say she didn’t want to be there. Needless to say I won’t book this place again.

In need of repair The room we were in was in serious need of repair. The staff was friendly and helpful. We reported a towel rack that had come off the wall on Thursday morning and it didn’t get repaired before we left on Saturday morning.

The carpeting in the room was terribly stained. There were significant stains on the ceiling. The TV literally wobbled on its stand. The toilet seat was loose. The TV remote did not work. The chest of drawers the TV sat on has its top veneer finish peeling off significantly. There were stains on the bedspread. One of the windows was covered with hand prints.
