Never will set foot there again I. was not able to stay at Extended Stay America.My debit card was rejected because it was a temporary card.I offered to pay cash but was told that I could do so only if I paid for 7 nights instead of 6 and gave a $100 cash deposit.I had to scramble for another place to stay at the last minute.Horrible experience.Would not book it again.And they charged me for 1 night's stay which I had to ask my bank to recover for me.

No hot water. We stayed two nights. Trash room very messy.

Dish gaven to me drity and staff act like they didnt no the cleaning lady block walkway every day with carts and say o im so sorry and laugh and look at one another every day check out staff

Ok we reserve through hotels.com and payed for the room in advance. So we get the the hotel they couldnt find US in the system front desk had an sour attitude so i get in touch with hotels.com customer Service then spoke to them about it she was nice send me confirmation and emailed the details to the hotel despite all the hotel staff still refuses to give US tje room we already paid for then customer Service from hotels.com was trying to call the hotel and nobody was picking up the phone mind you yhis was all happening whil... read more
