Avoid this hotel. Very dirty, seems that people live there full time, there is an overwhelming smell that permeates everything. Stained carpets, stains on tile flooring. All the furniture and countertops are peeling/ruined. This hotel is not for business people, it has been adopted as affordable housing for Stocktons suffering residents, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, which is sad because it’s location is good.

So the property is was clean and nice. The residents there though are another story. Trashy ladies out in parking lot talking above normal volume about “I’m walking away with her hair in my hand”. Then I attempt to going Lobby, but locked. With multiple bags I have to use a wall mounted phone to call front desk, at 7:50pm. The staff was nice, and very professional. A crack house. Will never stay there. Had to cancel and leave when I saw the condition of the room and premises.
No Security Cameras. Truck was broken into. Front desk didnt care. Nor help me with anything. So I check out right away.

This property is definitely an excellent value. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff is wonderful. Management on the other hand is not. I am and have been a victim of domestic violence for four years. During my 5 night stay there there was an incident that occured resulting in my calling out for help- I only did that in order to protect myself knowing that it would scare my ex enough to not strike me again.
