No rooms available despite having reservations

Room was dirty, dirty towels, dirty bathtub. Smelled. Not safe.

The room smelled like cigarettes. Noise levels within and outside of building did not allow any sleep.

This property is really outdated and needs lots of repairs. I had so much peeled paint and some areas had rust such as in the bathroom shower and sink. There was a drain in the floor close to the sink so I had to put a shower over it so that I wouldn’t trip while using the sink. They never told me they only cleaned the room once every two weeks. I was required to dump my own garbage and there was a tiny sign that noted that you could request a set of dishes so I called and was told no one could bring it to me any time soon. ... read more
