We’ve stayed at our share of extended stay properties and this would have to be my least favorite. Location is 5 stars of the bay, plenty of restaurants walking distance, the mall is less than 5 minutes away, target & Walmart just around the corner… location is ideal when looking for a place to stay. But property wise - our keys weren’t working properly because the lady working the front desk wasn’t doing it properly. First room's dead bolt didn't work, so I asked to be moved. I was told they had nonother rooms available. Then they found another room, first room, ground floor, and the door handle didn't work. We were stuck in the room. Finally made our way out.
