Toilet didn’t work correctly. It was very noisy. And roaches was in our room. Want stay here again!

Avoid. Fake pictures, place is worse than dumpster This place is worse than dumpster. Dirty, mold everywhere, advertised with fake clean pics and mentions free breakfast, which is non-existent. Forget room service or any service, the towels were dirty, no soap or coffee maker, half of lights were not working. they even try to charge to replace the dirty towels, and won’t give any extra towels. The only staff is rude. And it’s right next to Marta with loud train noise making life miserable every 2 minutes.

I refused to stay and asked for full refund. By far the worst property I have ever visited. Outside doors didn't lock. Everything was dirty. Door was falling off kitchen cabinet and stove. The floor and couch were filthy.Screws on door all loose. Even more disappointment! After five hours of driving to get here I could not believe what I saw.late and tired I had to search for another place to stay in this busy area! A horrible experience that Will Not be forgotten!

Too many people homeless outside

Things don't work they just say you can leave and go somewhere else

Couldn't sleep at all. The smell a cigarettes and Pod was overwhelmed inside the room. Very load people outside the hotel smoking everything that you could imagine. The water was coming black from the faucets, had tonlet it run for a while to wash my hands and my kiddos hands. None of us took a shiwer you could imagine why. Dont waste your money. Dont cone to this hotel never. The matthres in the sofa cama was horrible thin, you could feel the wires from the framing of the bed. The sheets has stains of blood, had to change t... read more
