It was not a pleasant experience. There was a terrible smell of marijuana entering the hotel, on the stairs and in the elevator. The people in the next room interrupted my sleep at 4am with the TV at a very high volume, the hotel should enforce its policy of minimum noise from guests and also the volume of the TV at bedtime. Zero rating I stayed 1 night for business and came home with major bites/rash. Was treated with medication. Tub/sinks rusted. Hallways smelt of mildew. Was trying out due to 2 week job needless to say I choose another hotel for my staff

The doors leading outside that were supposed to remain locked, stayed unlocked and open the entire time we were there. The entire hotel smelled like weed and the floors were dirty upon arrival to our room. The doorknobs were broken and the vent fans were missing covers. Overall just a rundown place at a decent price.

No room at the inn When we arrived, I was told they had my reservation, but no room was available. What? Seriously? What is the purpose of making a reservation if you can't reserve the room?

Dirty It was extremely dirty. If it was cleaned, then the room was a great size for our family. But there was hair in the shower, dirt and dust everywhere, stained furniture...

Delayed refund There was roaching crawling on me. I changed rooms because of the occurrence and it happened again. They sprayed and informed me I would only be charged for 1 day and will get a refund for two days. I know it’s a third party how I booked my stay and I wish the refund policy was more balance and equal for situations like this one. It would make it easier and more timely

While the room was comfortable and clean, the property (hallways, stairway, elevator) was filthy -- a smashed orange in the elevator for 24 hours, a discarded shoe on the stairs, dirt and debris everywhere. There were children running around yelling at all hours.
