Infestation!!! I was looking for utensils did not find any, but found roaches in the dishwasher. I was concerned about bed bugs and checked out immediately. Received my deposit, but had not received a refund from Hotel.com

STAY FAR FAR AWAY STAY AWAY from this place especially if traveling with children or elderly. This is a low cost housing facility posing as a hotel. Extremely filthy. Charged me $80 after I had already paid on Hotels.com. I won’t dispute this because they obviously need the money more than I do. Slum lord behavior is shameful. I do hope the Georgia Department of Human Services looks more into this place.

Still waiting on guest relations to contact me. It was horrible staff was so rude, didn’t even answer my calls. Hotel is horrible conditions if I could have stayed somewhere I would have but paid for two nights. Pictures online or so outdated property is so nasty!!!!!

I had been a guest for almost 2 weeks, until I was very rudely, and unlawfully kicked out because of my service animal. I was given ultimatum to either pay a ‘$200 undisclosed pet fee’ or be kicked out. I was already booked for that night and was told I would get refund, never got refund, Stephanie at the front desk used inappropriate language, treated my GF and I like garbage and threatened to call the police.
