TV didn't work but front desk person fixed it. He wasn't super friendly but he got the job done. Would have liked to have coffee pot already in the room without having to ask for it as we had a 7:00 a.m. flight.

Do your best with what you got The location was great. Staff was friendly whenever I interacted with them. Easy to get to the highways, airport, downtown Buffalo and pretty much anywhere else. The room had a strong smell of nicotine although it was a non smoking room. The bed sheets had hair and some stains. However, the bed and pillows were comfy.
