The rooms were nice enough, the hotel is well maintained, the staff were kind and helpful enough - but some of the other guests were very unpleasant and roam the halls and outside spaces day and night. There were people loitering behind the hotel who appeared to have not been able to afford a room any longer who were just hanging out in the lobby or behind the hotel. The hotel didn’t have our request for a handicap accessible shower even though it was on my confirmation. The front desk needed more help but he was very nice.

Convenient and close to the airport, fairly quiet, utilitarian bare-bones room. Worked well for a place to stay for a night after landing early in the AM.

The staff was friendly for the most part. I do have a complaint thought. When I would leave out and come back, i would be locked out of my room. Also, they supply dishes if you need it, mine weren’t washed well. I kept getting kicked off WI-FI having to call this number to be logged back in. The housekeepers was a BEAUTIFUL,FRIENDLY couple that were great and cleaned well but rules to this hotel is room clean ONCE PER WEEK! Trash bags would be left in hallway till they were picked up!
