Thought it was great
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only negatives I have are (1) the kitchen items that were advertised to be in the room were not present and I had to request them, (2) some kitchen items were not available, (3) the coffee pot given did not function properly and no replacement was available, (4) the gym wipes dispenser was covered with a brown substance and I wouldn't dare to try to open it to get a wipe out and wipe down the machine after use, (5) breakfast was lacking more substance.

The room was fine and clean. The bathroom had mold and obvious previous water damage. Front counter staff were friendly and helpful.
