Great find. Clean rooms, nice beds, kitchen, full-size refrigerator. The worst thing I can say is there is no sign outside the hotel (just on the street and you have to be looking for it). It was convenient for downtown activities and seeing family in Clarence. Stores down the street.

The property had plumbing issues, showering in standing water. The pipes made gurgling noises in the night. The room is supposed to have pots pans coffee maker silverware, none of that offered. When asked they said too many people steal coffee pots. None available. Upon insistence we received plastic silverware and two pots,no frying pan. Two plates two bowls and a spatula. Definite language barrier to understanding requests. Room was clean and spacious

Everything is ok. Nothing too bad nor too good. Transportation is being advertised at Expedia and theybdont provide it to Expedia customers. That miss lead me to buy the hotel. Also, the contact numbers listed at expedia are incorrect. I wasn't able to contact them to ask some questions. Expedia must update that information. Thanks
