Dnd signs mean nothing When I am a stay lover Because I work over night I pay for room before I go to sleep in the morning and put do not disturb sign on door but it never fails not only the housekeepers but the owner still will knock on my door waking me up . I just don’t get it

relatively clean, very noisy, 3am fire alarm and no notice to clear property - NOTHING in the kitchenette - no silverware, no plates, no pots, no glasses .....got plastic utensils - had to ask for everything and did not appreciate it when I had to wash things before using - and another trip to get a half full bottle of soap to wash the pots and plastic utensils - staff tried but we have never had this problem at any other property NEVER AGAIN

Service is crap 1st room no electric working in roomhad to wait on another room for 10 mins. And when i 1st checked into hotel clerk was checking me in when tje phobe rang and i had to wait 15 mins while he answered that call
