Smoke-infested terrible service First off, they sent us to a room with the door open, underwear on the floor, lights on, and food out. We had to ask for another room and no apology was given. You can’t even breathe in the hallways from the strong smell of cigarette and weed smoke. Someone was literally smoking a cigarette in the hall once when we came out. The location is convenient. Office staff were helpful. However, the cleanliness and upkeep of the property were lacking to say the least. I was also uncomfortable with the number of guests loitering around. I stayed for one week, but as soon as possible, left the location and went to another hotel nearby.

I like that this hotel was affordable, close to downtown Columbia and the airport, and that the staff was pleasant and welcoming. However the actual hotel room wasn't in good condition. The toilet was running during my entire stay. The room smelled faintly of cigarettes, and the refrigerator was leaking. The stove looked very old and rusty, too hazardous to attempt to cook a meal with. The bedside lamp also didn't work. Overall, I wouldn't choose this hotel again.

The hotel was filthy and reeked of mold and smoke. The room was not clean. The pull out sofa was broken and the couch was broken. There were no towels, soap, or cups in the room. There was a TV with no remote and there were no controls on the TV itself so it was unusable. The window would not shut completely and the curtains were partially torn so they could not be closed to keep the street light out of the room.

Never Again toilet paper roll was put on the sink because it was missing the toilet paper roller & they couldn't find a replacement anywhere; they got toilet paper until the next day for guests; sketchy, furniture damaged or worn down, cigarette burns on the sink, nothing in the kitchen drawers, no microwave in the room, I have stayed at other extended stays which were great, but this one is horrible & the worst I have stayed at; breakfast was granola bar & oranges

Wouldn't stay there even if you paid me This experience was a nightmare. After 10 hours of driving we arrived to find an unstaffed lobby. After waiting more than 20 minutes the clerk arrived and told us the hotel was unable to honor our pre-paid reservation "because of staffing" problems. The clerk called a nearby sister property to confirm they had a room for us so we drove there only to be told by that clerk that the first clerk "must be new" and that she couldn't access or honor our reservation unless we got it transferre... read more
