So we booked this property to stay for the night after the Carolina game. They let me book and also charged my credit card. When we showed up around midnight to check In, lady rudely told me they don’t have rooms left. I told her that they already charged my card and her response was “Get a refund”. We were stranded because no rooms were left in that area. So we ended up sleeping In the car for a few hours and drove back to Charleston. I WILL NEVER BOOK THIS COMPANY ANYWHERE EVER AGAIN!

dissatisfied The front desk staff were great and friendly. When I went to the room it smelled, couches were ripped, old worn carpet. I asked to cancel the reservation and the front desk staff were very flexible and said yes.

Just disappointed ☹️ Disappointed with this property. The stairwell constantly reeked of weed smoke. There was no coffee maker or dishes available. There were roaches in the bathroom. I was glad for a stove but it was dirty, so was the surrounding wall. The microwave smelled like urine and had a hole burned through the side. The bed was so uncomfortable and lumpy. The room obviously was not swept out because there was a wig and trash between the bed and nightstand.

Where do I begin? The sign is missing in front of the property, that should of been a tell tell sign. When I got to my room my face dropped. It smelled old, the kitchen was missing drawers, the bathroom had stains on the sink, the door was missing the strip at the bottom to keep critters out, we killed 3 roaches....thats just the beginning. The worst place ever! We left and went to another hotel...sorry, but thats just too much

This property was a MESS!! Windows coming out of pane, holes in wall, toilet not working, stove rusted!! Dirty sheets, no pots & pans & they have advertised a pool & there LITERALLY IS NOT ONE!!!! Will NEVER stay here again!!!

Nasty….don’t stay here! Never stay here. Nastiest place I have ever stayed. Someone had peed in the shower and not cleaned. Someone had thrown up in the toilet and not cleaned. It had not been vacuumed. Dust bunnies and trash on floor. Stain on sheets that looked like mildew. Fridge was clean and tv worked.
