Awful There where black hairs all in the covers and sheets and the room smelling like smoke! We left immediately and stayed in another hotel.

Exterior doors often didn’t work with your key so people propped them open, hallways were filthy, rooms floor was dirty and kitchen area was sticky, large amount of water in fridge, sink in bathroom was extremely dirty

This place is scary! It is so dirty and gross. It smells like a mix of cigarette smoke and McDonald’s ketchup. We heard a woman screaming and saw signs of prostitution on the grounds. We ended up staying at a friends instead because we felt unsafe.

The hotel room was dirty, and had not been cleaned to normal hotel standards, much less to Covid cleanliness standards. There was litter on the bathroom floor, stickiness on the bathroom sink counter, kitchen counter was dirty, and the carpet had not been adequately vacuumed. Although the room was comfortable and quiet, I would not stay here again.

My unit didn't look like it had been cleaned EVER!

So we booked this property to stay for the night after the Carolina game. They let me book and also charged my credit card. When we showed up around midnight to check In, lady rudely told me they don’t have rooms left. I told her that they already charged my card and her response was “Get a refund”. We were stranded because no rooms were left in that area. So we ended up sleeping In the car for a few hours and drove back to Charleston. I WILL NEVER BOOK THIS COMPANY ANYWHERE EVER AGAIN!
