I like that this hotel was affordable, close to downtown Columbia and the airport, and that the staff was pleasant and welcoming. However the actual hotel room wasn't in good condition. The toilet was running during my entire stay. The room smelled faintly of cigarettes, and the refrigerator was leaking. The stove looked very old and rusty, too hazardous to attempt to cook a meal with. The bedside lamp also didn't work. Overall, I wouldn't choose this hotel again.

The hotel was filthy and reeked of mold and smoke. The room was not clean. The pull out sofa was broken and the couch was broken. There were no towels, soap, or cups in the room. There was a TV with no remote and there were no controls on the TV itself so it was unusable. The window would not shut completely and the curtains were partially torn so they could not be closed to keep the street light out of the room.

Never Again toilet paper roll was put on the sink because it was missing the toilet paper roller & they couldn't find a replacement anywhere; they got toilet paper until the next day for guests; sketchy, furniture damaged or worn down, cigarette burns on the sink, nothing in the kitchen drawers, no microwave in the room, I have stayed at other extended stays which were great, but this one is horrible & the worst I have stayed at; breakfast was granola bar & oranges

Wouldn't stay there even if you paid me This experience was a nightmare. After 10 hours of driving we arrived to find an unstaffed lobby. After waiting more than 20 minutes the clerk arrived and told us the hotel was unable to honor our pre-paid reservation "because of staffing" problems. The clerk called a nearby sister property to confirm they had a room for us so we drove there only to be told by that clerk that the first clerk "must be new" and that she couldn't access or honor our reservation unless we got it transferre... read more

Honestly, just very very filthy I’ve never seen a hotel this dirty. They must not have any cleaning staff. Do NOT stay here. I don’t typically make negative reviews. But I’m being honest. The parking lot, lobby, halls, and room was filthy and unfit for anyone! Hair on sheets, blood droplets on carpet/wall, dead roaches everywhere. SEE PICS.

Chose this one because it was close to Segra Park. There were reaches, leaky faucets and no A/C.

Run down and dirty The building is very outdated and needs repairs. The arm rails on the stairs were actually coming out of the walls and falling off. Not hanicap friendly since there are only stairs in the building and don’t have proper arm rails. The comforter had stains on it. The shower tub was discolored. There was something clearly visible clogging the shower drain.
