it was supposed to be a non-smoking room however the room smell like smoke the front desk brought febreze up and febreze just did not work in the room

Pessimo! FUJA! Fuja! Por fora o estabelecimento é bonito. Dentro esta em péssimas condições. Atendimento foi horrível (atendente nem olhou na minha cara, ficou com fone de ouvido e só respondeu/falou o estritamente necessário e super seco.) O quarto esta em péssimo estado. Fede a cigarro. Carpete velho. O pé grudava no chão do banheiro. Roupa de cama e banho encardida. Gritaria de briga em outro quarto.

Not accommodating Nothing was working, the heating unit wouldn't come on, roaches were crawling around. There was NO ELEVATOR to the third floor. No dining options available of near by businesses. Gave a project apartment feel not a hotel feel.

In bad need of renovation bathroom door was kicked in for some reason and not fixed inoperable and security measures doors left unlocked with random people in and out all hours of the night homeless person living behind the place etc.

Room condition was horrible. Smelled very bad, toilet had leak, floors were sticky, had to kill a coach roach,my daughter slept in the couch not pulling out the mattress. Overall one of the worste hotels I have ever stayed at.
