Not very well kept. Doors were broken and the hotel smelled of mildew

Rooms in terrible condition for the money asked, staff unprofessional smell of weed floods the hall way room has awful smells

Not as advertised. There were no coffee pots, toasters, glasses, cups, etc. When you rent a room with a full kitchen you expect to be able to cook. The person that cleaned the equipment was not do in until 11pm, I would have thought it would have been better to have them come in at 11am with checkout.

Back away from this place Checked in at 1715 on Sunday 16th of February 2020. Room had been slept in and personal items were in room including a wig. Bathroom was dirty with mold in shower area. Desk person was sitting in car when we arrived. Wearing hoody was not best first impression. Pictures on HOTEL.com was not what we saw. We were paid for 'THAT' room and no other. We left and went to HYATT Hotel.

Not a good stay I stayed here 10 weeks ago & had a pleasant stay. This time there were no towels in the room, the phone had food on it, the sink was dirty & under the bed was filthy. Woke up to a swollen & very red face including very red eyes.Something in the room definitely made me allergic. Children were running & screaming in the halls between 10 pm -11:30 pm. Strong smoking residue lingered in both rooms, very dingy condition, pullout soda would not fully retreat sofa; linens and sheets were clean
