Staff is rude and beds are too soft. They charge for EVERYTHING. Housekeeping. The dish sets, pots and pans. Wifi! They make it seem like it's all included in the price.... nothing is included. The tub was clogged. There was writting on one of the headboards that i pray i dont get blamed for. Oh! They charged my card $100 for any INCIDENTALS that may occur. This hotel was terribly sketchy. La reserva venia con desayuno incluido y solo era un cafe con unas galletas dulces. Que pasa para las personas que no pueden comer esto? segundo no hicieron limpieza a la habitacion ningun dia y tercero no es smoke free (el olor a marihuana fue demasiado)

Waited over 45 mins for a staff member to come to the front once she came she had no regard of the wait time . While waiting a lot of traffic in and out I smelled lots of cigarette and weed smoke I definitely felt unsafe someone kept knocking on my door and running. The room was not well kept and I woke up with a huge allergic reaction not to mention parking was almost impossible

I didn't have the pleasure of staying in that property apparently Expedia overbooked on reservations to the hotel so they send me to a different location an hour and a half away from my parents home and in that location Furniture was old and outdated and broken I order a two bedroom with the kitchenette and I got that however they wouldn't give me any pots or pants or coffee maker I got a microwave and a refrigerator I was lucky to get that I had no utensils or a cup to drink no ice she actually told us that we needed to use... read more
