Very dirty, untidy rooms

Do not stay here !!! This was one of the most horrible rooms I have ever been forced to stay in. The bathroom smelled like wet towels. The shower rod was so worn that the bottom of the shower curtain rested on the bottom of the tub in the water. The towels looked dingy as if bleach was not used. The vent fan was disgusting and it appeared that it had not been cleaned in months.

The room was clean but the staff service was bad

I have a terrible experience with check in front desk concierge she was so mean show rude and she was cursing a lot and she calls me f......and I have been filed a complaint against her with hotel management If you please I would like to get my money back from this hotel And I don’t really recommend anyone to be set there Thank you

I reported my experience...left a feedback! There was an issue with the tub faucet. It ran all night when turned off. Staff didn’t suggest to move me to another room.

A 2 star hotel so if you’re okay with that then go ahead and book. We were disappointed because we thought for the price it would be nicer but it was just for a night before taking a flight out of Newark. Lobby was cramped and dark and dirty, people smoking weed out front, and the gate of the parking garage never closed so we didn’t end up leaving our car there as planned for the week while on vacation, we instead parked at the airport at economy P6 lot.
