Our flight was delayed, and when we finally got to the hotel exhausted we could not check in because the system needed to audit for some undetermined amount of time. I am sitting here in the lobby unable to check in to the room that I paid for at 2:15 am. This is completely unacceptable

I had to switch rooms 2 times before getting a decent room. The first room was never cleaned trash on the floor and the linens were dirty. The second room the TV did not work. The last room smelled of smoke. The entire experience was terrible.

Waste of money The whole hotel was a wash .. dirty room counter tops dirty hallway dirty.

I found 2 cockroaches while I stayed in there. I needed the hotel for today to work for Black Friday but it was disgusting and filthy. I could not sleep at night comfortably because of it.

Water pressure very low couldn't take shower. No response about the problem after calling front desk. Elevator not working had to walk up and down the stairs, microwave barely working.
