BADD Was just horrible the room was dirty like it wasn't even clean the customer service was horrible !!!

The place is dirty, smell bad, I saw socks on the lamps looks like they don’t clean the rooms. Supposedly include breakfast is not true.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Heavily stained towels, cigarette burns in bed sheets, an incredibly dirty lobby. These are just some of the bad experiences I faced while staying at this Extended Stay. Not to mention the fact that their system apparently “audits” itself from 1AM-3AM every night and prevents late night check-ins. I only stayed here because my flight was cancelled and I had no other options as all other hotels in the area had been booked. Night of Stinky & Discomfort. Smelled like Cigarettes & Bathroom was needing better cleaning. Also Stink was so bad they had Windows open.

Terrible customer service The front desk person at checkout was extremely rude. I checked out on 5/18. There was no need for her attitude. All I ask is to be treated with respect and dignity.
