When we arrived, the whole building just smelled poorly, like body odor and smoke. We were downgraded from the king size room we booked because "that's the room staff take breaks/have lunches in", and given a full-size bed without any change in price or discount. Everything was vaguely grimy and generally felt unclean and old. No mattress protector on the bed.

I didn’t even stay the night. I left by 2 am because there were roaches in the room. Including on the headboard. When I called the manger the next day he took 10 hours to Return my call, he said they checked the room and there were no roaches. I know there were because I killed them and couldn’t sleep in the room because of the bugs. I’d Like a Refund. I never leave a negative review But this was unacceptable.

Everything was perfect except one night someone was knocking on my door at 4am!! Don’t go if you are a single woman!!

Stay away of this place. This place has a poor customer service. They usually call you one hour before of your check out time to ask you if you will leave. When I ask the manager, she said, this is a policy of the company. I told her, no need to do that because I could be sleeping at that time.
