My stay at this extended stay hotel was okay overall. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially with our late checkout to match our flight. The location is less than 15 minutes from the airport, which is convenient, but I had trouble with the shuttle service, waited over an hour and ended up calling a Lyft due to miscommunication. Room was okay , there was no coffee saturday morning at 8o'clock, people were waiting and it was available at 9h30. Custumer service was non existent , The so called breakfast was tiny muffins, bags of dry oatmeal. On sunday at 10 o'clock there was no coffee.

The property needs a lot of updates. The carpet, the room, the furniture. The worst part is the terrible marijuana smell once you got into the building. We have to use something to block the seam underneath the door. The breakfast is grab & go. Very limited. We could not find water fountain at the hotel and no coffee maker inside the room. The front desk gave us a bottle water for medicine. The airport shuttle only started after 3p. We had to call Uber to go to airport in the morning.
