# The good 1. I was surprised that the room had a kitchen setup with a good size fridge, range, and microwave. 2. I was happy that I could at least crack the window open to get some fresh air. # The not-so good. 1. I mentioned to the front-desk folks that I would do a late check-in at 1am. It is ok
The staff were courteous. The mattress was great and firm. However, the facility exterior is dirty and the entrance as well. Even though on the website and the message I received from the property it says that a shuttle is available between 7:45 am to 10pm, the shuttle was not available. There were other properties much better and I choose this one because it offers shuttle service
