Did not sleep in sheets felt they were not fresh Room smelled of cigarette smoke no coffee maker .

Don't even bother with this hotel. I stayed 2 nights. The first night i stayed in a standard queen room. The floor had not been cleaned properly. The bathroom door had what appeared to be blood spots on it. The 2nd night I paid online to be upgraded to a king room and the manager was not willing to work with me on moving me from my room to the king room and said I would have to leave at checkout and come back later in the afternoon at 3. We felt it was not a safe area as all exterior doors were locked. We could not even enter from parking lot and had to make several trips and come in the front door -and be buzzed in.

One of the WORST experience at a hotel I've ever been to!!! We were checked into a room that was not cleaned and the toilet did not work! Previous occupant used the toilet and the waste was never flushed away! Terrible to see upon checking in. Front desk was not helpful at all. We were told the hotel was booked and they could not get us another room. How could you stay in a room that had no working toilet?! FAILURE AT EVERY LEVEL! The hotel said they didn’t have our reservation, when they finally found it they said that they didn’t have any rooms. Finally got a room and it was dirty. I had to clean it.
