No security and that might have been why unsavory type individuals were roaming the hallways. Because there was no security this meant access was limited to one front door. So that needing something from the vehicle or making a store run was not a good idea since the parking lot seem to be a hang out for what looked like fast money makers aka drug dealers and prostitutes. Key card parking entry -nice!

Cancelled Received a call telling me My reservation was cancelled at the time of check in, made it a hassle to get a room that I didn’t reserve. And I book a month in advance

There's no coffee machine in the room. There's no ice machine or ice available. There's no breakfast. You have to go to the desk to ask for spoons, cups, bowls, etc. There could be some instructions that are given when I checked in. I had to call the front desk about everything, including how to access wifi.

This is common during the Covid Pandemic, sorry we are keeping you safe!! This is the company's policy, however, at check in this was explained to you. The WiFi is beyond the hotel's control and we provide the Guests with the WiFi company's phone number if asked.

Check-in took forever. Masks were not being worn by customers or some staff and weren’t being enforced. My room was infested with cockroaches. Won’t be staying there again.
