Staff is extremely Rude!! Very unpleasant experience. The hotel is very dirty and has a bad odor. They definitely need to learn about Customer Service and that the guest comes first after all that is why they are in the hospitality business correct is to serve the guest. This establishment knows nothing about customer service. They should all take a class on the weekend.

Most of the staff is rude. And they are very two faced and nosy. DONT TRUST THEM.

The exterior of the hotel is not safe, and the room has an unpleasant odor. I had a poor experience during my stay here and would not recommend it to others. If given the option, I would switch to another hotel immediately.

The staff was overall nice but many people would hangout right in front of the entrance smoking and blocking the doors. This caused the entire area to smell like cigarettes constantly and seemed unsafe at times. Some hallways smelled like urine as well

I made a reservation and when I got there they said they couldn't find my reservation and when I went onto the app and asked Expedia what was going on they said my payment couldn't be verified and then the lady at extended stay she said she refused to honor my reservation at her own personal discretion and that she didn't need to tell me why....
