They did not have the rooms for booked for. It was advertised as kitchenette but no pots and pans. Advertised as free breakfast, coffee and muffins are not breakfast.

Not a good place to stay Toilet clogged they would not come up to fix it. So we moved to another room where the bathroom sink was clogged then in the morning while washing my hair the water was totally turned off. At that point I was turned off.

Its in a terrible area. Its like your trying to get into a prison or something. I couldn't even get in the front door to check in until someone came out. our room smelled like dirty feet/dog. and carpet was filthy. head banging music blaring. I wouldn't recommend this hotel and I have had good experiences with extended stay in the past but not this one!

No room at the Inn We showed up to the hotel and they said they gave our room away. The room we already paid for. They tried to fix it by giving us two single rooms. We are a family of four. So now the family is split up. Fine. We then went to the rooms to find one had not yet been cleaned, the bedding was all missing. The office addressed this by simply giving us the bedding and asking us to make the bed. Ok. Do not stay here for an overnight stay. It is geared much more towards extended stays (much as the name implies). The front doors to the lobby are locked. They must have crime issues like crazy. I had a hard time even getting in the building. Do yourself a favor, and stay somewhere else.
