Looks can be deceiving ( Lip stick on a pig ) I’m not giving this hotel an F, but a D to D- grade is well deserved. The only reason it’s not an F is because of their staff, everyone I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. Lip stick on a pig is how I would describe this hotel. I did not get what I paid for, I was supposed to have 2 beds and instead got 1 bed.

Charged more than double what I originally booked for with Expedia. No breakfast, it is coffee and granola bars. No blow dryer, other missing amenities. Broken window glass and lots of garbage in the parking lot. Nice staff but due to short staffing they were very disorganized.

Overall disgusting and unclean Overall this experience was horrible and a huge waste of money! When I got there the room was only half clean and they said they would clean the rest when I left that night because I was in a rush to leave and, even gave housekeeping a time of when I would be gone so they can clean. It was never cleaned that night and even the next day! Immediately no... I would never stay here again and I couldn't imagine booking an 'extended stay'. The front desk staff was kind and friendly enough, but overall noy super helpful. The first thing I noticed during my stay was the band aid still in the shower left from some previous guest, and a line of grime on the upper shower ledge. The ceiling fixtures had a few cobwebs as well which jus didn't make the room seem very clean. Not good The room was not cleaned. There was still food in the fridge from a previous guest. Food and other personal items in the drawers. The toilet and bathroom sink were not cleaned. The continental breakfast was not served as promised.
