Smells horrible in room smoke & fishy. Dirty stains everywhere even in sink, bedding curtains etc..

Worst hotel I’ve stayed at. People smoking cigarettes indoors, smelly and dirty rooms, lights next to bed didn’t work. Thugs and suspicious people roaming around property. I tried to get a refund within 10 minutes of getting to my room. It’s an unsafe hotel and the cigarette smell was too much. They refused to refund me or help locate to a different hotel. Even stating that customers are being exposed to strong second hand smoke in a smoke-free hotel is unhealthy and don’t feel safe from that or all the thugs roaming around.... read more

The only thing saving this place was the wonderful front desk staff. The entire hotel smells like an old cigarette tray. The room had ashes on the floor, trash in the closet space. The Wi-Fi situation was a complete joke, even after I upgraded. Never again.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. My room had food left in the bag along with a fountain soda in the cabinet. Went downstairs to ask where the ice machine is. They don’t have one and the person at the front desk was very smart and conceding about it. Stating they aren’t Marriot or any fancy hotel. I thought every hotel had ice machines. Trash was piled up and on the ground at the trash dump in the parking lot. Will never stay again- stay away from this place.

Do NOT a stay here. Rude staff. UNCLEAN Boogers on the wall. Dirt in corners of bathroom. No cups or silverware to use in kitchen. Spent 2 hours trying to get our money back and still no resolution. Never have I had such a horrible experience with a property or Expedia.

Was not clean at all. Water damage in room. Was very disappointing and expensive

This was one of the dirtiest and nastiest hotels I had ever been in. I have slept in some unsavory places during my time in the Military, but this place was worse. I never leave a hotel but I could not stay in this hotel beyond the first night. It was the worse!

Upon entering the building it smelled bad and was not clean. They did not have the room we requested and had to down size. Upon entering the room the floor was sticky and it smelled of smoke. We were given a new room. The halls were dirty and floors had not been vacuumed even after 3 days the hall floors were dirty including a bag of trash outside a door. I have to saythis was the worse motel we ever stayed in. We will never again stay at an extended stay!
