Only good thing about this stay was john the receptionist

Non-stick pans are heavily scratched I have stayed at Extended stay quite a lot. This particular one when I asked for kitchen items (dishes, cooking pans, etc.), when I was back in the room, I noticed that the non-stick pans had a LOT of scratches in them. I took them back down to the front desk, and I was told that pretty much all of them look like this. I said this is unacceptable since they are non-stick. Not worth it The pillows were horrible. The bed was covered with two sheet and no blanket and they didn’t even any wash clothes when it was shower time. It was awful. Never ever again.

I stayed here for only two nights recently. When I arrived, I was very disappointed to see that the parking lot for check in is very small, and I had to double park. I arrived early, so I went inside to see if it would be possible to check in about 2 hours early. I stood at the front desk for about 12 mins and no one was present at all. Another woman who looked somewhat lost came in, and stood behind me for a while waiting as well, and then she took off into an elevator - which made me a little uneasy regarding safety/securi... read more

Room counters were dirty and Room had bad smell. Felt the room was outdated and needed a good cleaning.
