I made the reservations online a couple hours later I went to go check into the room the staff and said that there was no rooms available according to their log even though I had it reserved every room that said that were empty had people in and they click or didn’t have people in it and then you click on it people were there to the next day they all saw I had to wait for her to go and find a room

When my husband went inside to check in he said he had to call her on the phone to let him In which is fine because I know it was late but he came back with no information as to where to park and we couldn’t get her back to find out. The entire hotel smelled like smoke, it was overwhelming. We got to the room which was fine but there was just one very thin blanket over the sheet. Normally in a hotel you get a comforter. We had to keep getting up to adjust the heat instead of being able to just throw a blanket on or off. Also... read more
