Room was above the garbage room, and smelled like garbage. Non functional wifi.

They came in and took pictures of my room. On a big job, had multiple shipments, assistant manager went in and took pictures and threatened to throw me out on Christmas Day, unless I cleaned my room. I always leave them clean. She invaded my privacy, and at check out, the gm told me she would contact me...... nothing My next stage is to contact the corporate headquarters.

There was no one at the front desk when I arrived

No likes...very dirty garbage overflowing staff not dressed even close to business standards and no one manning the front counter people sleeping in cars on grounds lots of people walking around that didn’t look like they were staying at the hotel (really should be called a motel) review seems harsh but hopefully things will be put in place to correct these discrepancies.

We showed up at 4-415 ish (check in is at 3) but we had to wait in a huge line because the front desk was no where to be found. Then she got there and told most of us in line that our rooms weren’t clean yet. The reasoning was because it was busy last night but not an excuse especially when I’m still paying $125 for one night. The rooms were OK but breakfast was legit just granola bars and packets of oatmeal that was located right by the front door. No breakfast room! I will never stay here again bc the service was so bad.
